If we are unable to deliver your project due to internal issues, unexpected delays, or lack of communication from our side after you have made an advance payment, you are eligible to request a refund.

If you receive your project but feel the quality or outcome does not meet your expectations, you must first contact us with your concerns. We will review the issue and either fix the problem or offer an alternative solution. If your concern remains unresolved or our proposed solution does not address the issue, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds are not applicable if the project has been completed and approved, or if the delay or issue occurred due to incomplete inputs, delayed responses, or changes requested by the client.
